Controller Training
A Midwest utility client required training for new and current control room operators to manage network distribution operations from the field to the control room. I partnered with industry experts, SMEs, and other training consultants to design and develop role-based training for the outage management process.
The training included ILT, vILT, simulations, and field training resources.
